Online help is integrated directly into your straton editor. Simply select the relevant element and press F1 to access contextual help.

Contact our support service

If the previous steps have not resolved your problem, you can contact our support service. Our team will process your request as soon as possible.

For any assistance request, please specify:

  • A title clearly describing your need.
  • The software you are using, its version number and, if possible, its build number.
  • The priority level (low, medium, high, critical).
  • A detailed description of your problem, question or request.
